The pool Was Abit Too Cold For Enjoyment Though

How reception closes at 6. & Not 24 hours I couldnt get the tv going. =)

Everything was great from start to finish. Beautiful place.

We recently stayed at a Top 10 Holiday Park booked through Booking.com after being affected by the cyclone and losing power for several days. We chose this place specifically so our six children could relax and enjoy the facilities, especially the pools and hydroslides. Unfortunately, when we arrived, many of these key facilities were unavailable. This was really disappointing, as it was the main reason we booked this park. After everything our whānau had been through, we were hoping to give our kids a chance to unwind and have some fun, but that wasn’t possible. We also had ongoing difficulties trying to connect the TV to the internet so our kids could watch Netflix. Despite trying, we were unsuccessful in getting it to work, which was upsetting for the kids and quite hoha for me as a parent trying to keep them settled. Aside from this, the stay itself was okay, but the lack of access to advertised facilities and the issues with connectivity significantly impacted our experience. We feel this should have been clearly communicated before booking. We hope this feedback helps improve communication and overall experience for future families.

Clean tidy facilities close to the beach.

Inconsistent pricing and the fact that you have to pay up front. And it was a non refundable payment. We had to change our dates and type of accommodation, and although we were able to work it out in the end it was very complicated.
