Very clean. Good location

It was easy to het too, good value for a night

The staff.

Location was okay.

The room whilst very old was not particularly clean. The shower area needs a good scrub to remove the soap scum etc. Holes in the ceiling and wall had duct tape covering patches. Internet was abysmal, taking forever to download emails, did not bother trying anything else. Whist it was not overly expensive, I have stayed in a lot better accommodation for significantly less. Just correcting a small things could make a huge difference. Thank you.

Handy to main road.

They were unaware of Assistance Dog Federal and State legislation. Had a very bad experience to obtain a room. I think motels etc should be up to speed with this legislation. When booking your group made space for any special requirements. I wrote about my dog being with me but you must not have passed this on to the motel managers. It was an horrible experience booking in and without a phone call from my Assistant dogs administration I would not have gotten a room. I will never book through booking.com and will delete my ap. .

The photos are better than what it looks like... but isn't too bad inside. Looks a bit rough on the outside. Reception staff need to smile and be friendly, it's Australia, be happy.
