Breakfast was great all good

Probally needs Solid doors and door seals as got up early and had no sneak around to not wake up other people staying

How clean it was. Didn't see any staff. Not needed.

It's a bit noisy from the highway traffic.

the room and the whole of the place was spotless

i did not like the fact that my door was accessable without a key. the fact that the bathroom drain had a revolting smell which permeated the room once it was closed up and the fact that a huge cockroach crawled over me in bed and forced me to stay awake all night with the light on, not ideal as i had a fair way to travel next day. Quite frankly booking.com I think my money should be refunded.

Nice big shared kitchen with everything you would need for a long stay.

It was hard for a consistent sleep as it is located on the main thoroughfare with lots of trucks.

The breakfast supplies were reasonable. It was very clean and tidy.

This property didn’t respond to our 6 calls about how we access the property. We arrived just after 5 pm but could not access our room until around 6:30pm. And only then when reception from the motel next door rang the owner on her personal mobile number. Another guest who booked online also waited for a time and didn’t get her calls answered either. We contacted the property next door as a last resort as we felt like we were being scammed. I requested a quiet room but it was so noisy we had very little sleep. We have stayed at other properties on main Highways before and had a lot more sleep than at this property. It would have to have been the worst nights sleep in accommodation ever.

Room was wonderful and facilities were a bonus
