"We had 4 caravans for 4 nights between 15 family and friends at this site and had a great time."

The Wardens Escape is a large modern caravan, delightfully decorated and clean as a whistle and everything works. It is situated away from the commercial area of the park near the lakes and so affords you a great nights sleep. There is a modern decked area with seating and tables for at least 8 people and lovely hot tub for 4. Would definitely recommend this accommodation, the owners have it cracked! JB

No dislikes ref the accommodation - we had a great time. The roads on the site have a few pot holes so beware if driving at night. All activities have to be booked in advance and you need to buy passes to enter all commercial areas.

Accommodation was lovely , very impressed

I did pay £80 for passes for facilities on tattershall but did not feel I got my moneys worth as entertainment was full when I tried to get in. Although this is no fault of the caravan owner

The accommodation had everything we could have needed. Beautifully furnished and well kept. Communication was good with owner and we had a lovely week.

This doesn't lower our score but instructions on how to use the fire in the lounge would be an added bonus to the welcome folder as we couldn't get it to work.
