No noise around room. Girl who checked me in, very nice

Open light on doors locked. Waited 3 hours for someone to answer door after u locked myself out. NO breakfast even though I paid the surcharge. $50 deposit even no notice on your site

I was aware there There wasn't breakfast there , but it would help the location it it was.

I didn't like that when I got there they couldn't find my reservation and that it cost more that I was told. I also saw something on line about no prepaid cash deposit but I had get some money from a nearby atm. I also went to the room and had to use the bathroom and the stool wouldn't flush. I checked the tank and it was empty, then checked the shut off it was turned off. Filled the tank and flushed , Then the water would not shut off so called the desk and they came and checked the stool and said they would get some one to fix it. It was fixed when I got back from what I came to Springfield for. f

Have to put down cash deposit of 50 dollars so I had to go to 🏧 for the stay

One of the employees was very kind and made me laugh for a few.

Cigarette burns n the sheets. Had to argue with staff about the deposit. I had only 20s and manager asked me to leave a 60 folder deposit instead of giving me my change. Refused to switch me rooms without paying extra when I scoldings the door was broken. Constantly got stuck in room which made me late for an important meeting. Terrible phone signal In room.. wifi was non existent when in room but was worked in the parking lot which I did not pay for. Supposed to work n comfort of room. Housekeeping came inside just to be nosy and barely cleaned room. Floor was filthy trash was not changed only towels replaced. Didn't even get soap or usual hand lotions....iwas told if I check back in they could switch me rooms for an additional fee. I was not able to contact booking because of terrible phone reception. Lack of wifi and work....they definatly should have refunded me all my money along with the stay or switched me rooms with no hassle. P.s hot water was only Luke warm and I have videos recorded of my struggles with door that looked like it was kicked in and the internet incapabilities

The breakfast didn't even have eggs or any other protein I was already in a bad mood considering I broke down and took 7 hours for AAA to show up. I checked in late and when asked for a late exit, I was given an hour. Overall a poor ending to a poor experience

Nothing was going to make my miserable existence any better..
