The chalet was spacious, bed was comfortable.

Not child friendly/no wheelchair or pram access!- Also, no baby changing facilities in the restaurant. The resort is set on a few hills, a lot of steps so difficult to move around with a buggy. A few points to note based on €223/night for a 2 adult chalet. Toiletries in the bathroom were of the cheapest quality, had to buy shower gel and shampoo from a local shop. The chalet only had a bin in the bathroom, there should be a bin in the living area/coffee desk. Breakfast options and portions were very limited, sparkling water should be included, we had to pay for it. Kept finding bugs in the chalet, I know it’s a nature based resort but a spray can help keep them away. Very poor wifi. Restaurant menu was very expensive for what it offers - reheated food. Breakfast was extremely poor, one aubergine salad was gone off one of the morning and when we flagged it to the staff, they said it contained lemon and this is why it was sour. They then removed the salad bowl altogether, so clearly something was wrong with it! We tried to bring the kids to the outdoor play area, the wooden stairs were broken and left there, kids could get seriously injured! The place may have been a top resort when renovated, however it hasn’t been maintained over the years. Overall experience was a poor 3 star overcharged. Extremely disappointed, would not return.

Structure is old and needs a renovation. The offer was not transparent as it was not clear that none of the services were included in the price : pool, tennis, access to spa.
