Unmaintaned property

I appreciated the preparation in heating up the room for us beforehand. I found the staff very friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The facilities were clean.

The mirror in the bathroom needed to elsewhere to be more practical as it was too low. The passing traffic was noisy although we did end up sleeping through it. It was much farther out of town than I would have expected. I wouldn’t have called it Wagga Wagga.

Way too expensive for the stay. Sheets had stains and I didn’t know if they were washed or not. Their staff told me I booked the wrong dates and tried to charge me extra, thank god I had my booking confirmation to confirm I had booked the nights that I wanted.

Clean, comfortable and affordable accommodation. Welcomes dogs. Lovely staff.

Very hot night, aircon struggled

Staff very friendly , it was a very hot day and the aircon had been put on for our arrival. Very spacious and comfy..Also pet friendly ,and our dog was very happy too !

Nothing

My family and I did not stay at this accommodation. After checking in and seeing the state of the park and the cabin, it was inhabitable. The cabin smelt of urine and was dirty. We immediately had to seek alternative accommodation and left. I would like a refund as what we arrived to was not what was advertised.

Staff went above and beyond on a number of things. We especially appreciated them turning on the air conditioner prior to our arrival, as it was a very hot day, so walking into a lovely cool room was very welcomed. Staff made sure we had room for our large trailer. Highway noise was not an issue - very quiet in the room.

There was nothing we did not like.
