The room was dirty, the tv was a old box tv that didnt work, roaches in the room, shower water didnt get hot, just a waste of 60$

Been trying to dispute this charge. I originally was supposed to stay a week due to my father being in the hospital but because he died a couple of hours after I arrived at the hotel I'm still charged.

"Don’t always go by pictures on the internet"
