Funky smell in the room, probably from the carpet. It wouldn't go away even though we had the windows open. Had to have the curtains closed at all time otherwise everyone could see right on our bed. It was a rainy day with made us stay inside during daytime in a dark room.

"Denton Park Motel ticked all the boxes for us so would happily stay there again."

Perfect location for what we were doing. Main road location didn't bother us as we live on a main road. We knew where the motel was as we stayed there 20 years ago!! Still great. My husband found the bed a little soft (but he does have back issues so it is often a problem for him when we are travelling and sleeping in different beds). Both Cheryl and Geoff were friendly and welcoming.

Couldn't fault it in any way.
