Swimming pools, saunas

Hotel reminds Soviet Union hospital for unreasonable price. Check in took forever - I got a ticket in a queue (rather exotic as for hotel). Two receptionists were super unqualified or unmotivated - check-in time took 1.5 h. Room was very used, there were no extra beds for kids, although the price is twice higher as for double room, we got only foldable beds in a tiny little room. Never again!

Good location, the staff was professional, relaxing environment around. Pool, saunas and mineral water was were nice

The room was extremely hot, there was no AC and there was only a small fan provided, facilities felt very outdated and old, breakfast food was bad, there were very little options and it felt like going back in time
