"Amazing Stay"

Beautiful location by the sea Amazing sunset from the room with big window Excellent dinner Fantastic friendly staff who went out of their way to serve (eg accomodated us with special dietary requirement, help with luggage when they saw us walking from the roadside towards the hotel) Extremely spacious room

Outage of power and as a result water and power supply were disrupted. But the staff were very apologitic and tried their best to make us more comfortable (eg holding lights at the breakfast buffet and carrying our luggage down from fourth floor!)

good loction in Amakusa, sunset and rise time is pretty. get there by bus is very easy. and the dinner and breakfast is good.

"We didnt get a room in the new wing, but still, excellent."

We stayed at the old wing and we couldn’t get a room with a view but still it was still a very good stay. The room was very spacious and well designed. The onsen had amazing views. And the dinner which is included in the room rate was excellent. Thank you!

We had a view of the car park.

"Great and comfortable"

Staff are very helpful and nice. The room clean and big, it’s so comfortable. Also, the room view is really nice. Breakfast and dinner both are extremely good.

The public bath spa is very small.
