A Memorable Escape at Cradle Moon Game Lodge Our stay at Cradle Moon Game Lodge was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism. Daniel at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed to make the most of our visit. His warm smile and welcoming attitude set the tone for our stay. A special shoutout goes to Terrence, our game drive guide, whom my son fondly referred to as the “Walking Encyclopedia.” His passion for wildlife and deep knowledge made the entire experience unforgettable. Every animal we encountered came with an interesting and educational story, making the game drive not just fun but also enriching for all of us. Brette, who took us on the boat ride, was a true professional. He made us feel completely safe and comfortable while allowing us to fully enjoy the peaceful beauty of the water and its surroundings. We were also looked after so well by Janet, our waiter, and James at the restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious—every meal was a treat, and the service was attentive and warm. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay at Cradle Moon. The combination of stunning nature, outstanding hospitality, and passionate staff made this a trip to remember. Thank you to the entire team for making our experience so special—we will definitely be back!

It's a bit cold the room even though it has a heated floor.

It was peaceful, relaxing.

There were no TVs in the rooms. Shower was clogged. Floors weren't cleaned. We had asked for a double/King bed - Yet we was given single bed duvet covers.

The lodge has a beautiful setting, very comfortable round bungalows, sparkling clean. Wild animals roam between the bungalows, which adds tremendously to the lodge's charm. The staff is very kind and attentive. There is a restaurant, we didn't find the food amazing, but that was true throughout our trip, so it is fine. They tried to accommodate allergies, you just need to ask many questions to avoid honest mistakes. The location is quite remote, so it's good to come and stay, enjoy the swimming pool and do many walks. I'd highly recommend staying here for a couple of days.

No mini fridge in the room and you cannot get cold water, the service at the restaurant need significant improvement, but the food is wonderful, network connection is extremely poor, they did not even have bedding for the bed size and we were forced to sleep in one bed but separate singles bedding, absolutely no cuddling under the sheets…very bad taste No grass cutting beyond the restaurant and reception area

Its really good for grounding and to recharge. I was there with my sisters from Friday and I extend with my partner. We were intentional when we chose the place because the purpose was to shut down and rest and it served the purpose.
