The staff and family were super accommodating and pleasant. Clean semi private onsen was great. The Japanese dinner was delicious and the location right by everything.

Nothing, I think Japanese futons are what they are. I was able to make it quite comfortable.

L’emplacement est idéal en plein cœur du village et proche de tous types de commodités. c’est un ryokan très authentique et très bien tenu. Notre hôte s’est mis en 4 pour nous aider et nous conseiller, merci à lui 🙏 Ma fille avait oublié des petits souvenirs dans la chambre et il nous les a expédié par voie postale jusqu’à notre hôtel suivant. Tout le monde était très attentionné et le dîner et petit déjeuner traditionnel japonais vraiment très bon ! L’épouse de notre gîte est en cuisine et nous a spécialement traduit le menu en français, c’était adorable. Je recommande ce Ryokan qui est sans chichi mais très confortable et dont la cuisine est savoureuse.

非常和善溫暖的旅館，樂意幫忙解決各種問題 早餐跟晚餐都是傳統日式，非常好吃，但我們想嘗試不同的食物所以只預約了一兩天 有自己的溫泉池，是跟外湯相同的天然溫泉，雖然小但很方便，也不用去外面跟別人擠 地點在主要街區旁邊，所以採買跟找餐廳吃晚餐都很方便，所以早上要爬一小段上山去長板纜車站，也許往日影方向會方便一點，但這次沒有嘗試 跟sport thanx長板站裝備租借店有合作，可以再有10%折扣，讓裝備租借價格到一個非常低的狀態 有電梯，不用抗行李上樓，離中央巴士站也很近，抵達跟離開的時候不會太麻煩

溫暖有熱誠的老闆一家，從一開始入住的詳細介紹，完全不會有壓力的那種，會用翻譯機跟住客解釋這裡的環境、雪場天氣、怎麼購票，還有紀念價值的雪票（是儲值款）在未來可以一直使用它。

住太少天了。

Everything about this Japanese Lodge is great. Very good value for money, extremely central location in lovely Nozawa Onsen, it's all you need. Very happy, friendly, helpful staff. Would definitely come back!
