It’s right next to the lake and a restaurant

I came back to my room after working 16 hours to a note on my door that says call us now and pay for your room or call the authorities. My room was paid for and because there’s nobody on the premises you have to go to the bar next-door to check in and the guy over there gave me the wrong room. I just feel they could’ve handled a little different with a little Meister of a note. I’ve never been in trouble. Come back after working to a note like that kind of worried me.

Location just where we wanted to be. Nice place, better than a standard motel.

It was a little confusing the office was closed and check in was at the bar next door. No check out instructions were provided and I overheard another departing couple say they were told to leave the key in the room - so that's what we did!

Zero face to face contact with staff. They left our key and bill in the room, which was fine, but nobody around when we left to pay the balance. Called the number and got a full voice mailbox. Also did not let us know there was a major detour to get there and it took us extra time to find the place. 1 major thing is no ice machine. the information sheet in the room Said get it at the restaurant next door. Fine...Except they are closed for the season. We were the only people there last weekend and our window looked out over the closed restaurant. Maybe the only room with a king sized bed?
