Clean and well priced

Bed was not comfortable, the hot water worked for about 5 minutes on the first day and not at all on the second. The place creaks as you move around and the WiFi was very slow. There may have been some sort of trick to the hot water, but if there is, it's up to the park to let the guests know.

Reliable hot water.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. It was quiet which was a bonus. The sheets and towels were clean. The kitchen appliances were clean and functioned perfectly.

The facilities were in dire need of a deep clean and/or renovation. The bathroom was an annex that was only accessible through the second bedroom so we had sneak through once the kids were in bed. The walls were covered in holes and scuff marks. The bathroom sink had black mold. The kitchen cupboards were grimy with leftover food marks.
