It was great thank y'all staff was excellent

The room was clean and spacious.

I was able to get a room so late. The desk clerk heard all of my complaints. He tried to understand my points so he could try to fix them.

A woman was loitering, half-dressed, and seemed to be either drunk or on drugs. The room had a door to another room and seemed flimsy. The floors were not clean. It smelled like Marijuana. The third time I used my key, it did not work. I was locked outside my room while someone was sitting outside. I felt vulnerable and uncomfortable. Thankfully, my kid was in the room, but they didn't want to open the door because they were scared of the place and thought someone was trying to get in so it took some convincing. We just felt unsafe and uncomfortable, so much so that we left immediately and just drove 3 hours home instead of staying the night!

Absolutely nothing

Everything the establishment was dirty and had bugs. As soon as I walked in the room 2 roaches ran out. I went to the office and asked for a refund and was told no refunds but they could give me an another room. I got to the new room and the tub had hair and stuff all over and one of the beds were broke and would make a super loud noise
