Shepody Bay Inn

We had a wonderful stay at the Shepody Bay Inn, and it was made truly exceptional thanks to the owner, Seydou. From the moment we arrived, Seydou went above and beyond—welcoming us personally, showing us to our room, and offering thoughtful recommendations for local sights and restaurants. He was always available and eager to help in any way he could. When my wife twisted her ankle on a hike, Seydou noticed she was limping and immediately brought ice packs to our room. He even followed up later to check in and see if she needed anything else. That level of care and attention is rare and so appreciated. The Inn itself is clean, well kept, and perfect as a comfortable home base for sightseeing in the area. The beds were cozy, the washroom was spotless, and while the accommodations are simple, they offer everything you need. Snacks, fresh fruit, coffee, tea, and juice are available all day in the dining room, and breakfast was delicious and filling. Honestly, what makes this place so special is Seydou. His kindness, dedication, and genuine hospitality set the Shepody Bay Inn apart. Highly recommended!

There were a ton of mosquitos outside, but nothing that could be helped.

Property was beautifully kept, very welcoming and warm. Rooms were clean and spacious and the feel was just like home.

The owner goes above and beyond. Kind, friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.

The breakfast was really excellent. Innkeepers were great, friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi very spotty. Location was ok, close to Hopewell Rocks, but a bit distant from restaurants or other activities. Overall a good experience.

WiFi reception was poor. Room was a bit small.

Excellent host! A very cozy, home-feel vibe. Guests from all over the world chatted in the evening in the breakfast area with host, exchanged travel experiences, etc. Very clean and spacious room. A gem!

Very clean; Seydou and Luba were very hospitable hosts. We enjoyed sitting in the common space after dinner and talking with other guests from around the world.

We loved our stay here the owners were so friendly it was like visiting family he even made us popcorn at night and visited with us! breakfast was fantastic lots of fresh made food definitely recommend to friends and would love to come back
