The proximity to Hopewell Rocks attraction.

The continual breakfast was just not good. Full of to many processed food. Yogurt and boiled eggs were the only choice. Coffee was like tea.

Beds were comfortable with nice linen.

The whole place is very tired. The bedside lamp did not work. It was next to impossible to get hot water in the shower. The caulking around the tub needs replacing. There is only one chair. I would not go back.

"We were disappointed with our room, and the motel ….but to be fair we wanted the close access to Hopewell Rocks."

The only good thing about this property is it’s location to Hopewell Rocks.

First of all the room , the condition of property did not match the pictures that are on the booking.com site. The place is need of paint, window screening, the stairs are wobbly. No towel bars, Ice was supplied in small bags, grounds definitely needed work.
