Conveniently located along my driving route, I only stayed one night. It was clean and very well maintained. I felt very safe and secure. It’s located very close to Indiana Dunes and Michigan City. Bed was SO comfortable, checkin was simple and fast, pickleball courts and playground out back were nice touch, though I did not use them.

Right on main road… while convenient, some traffic noise is inevitable.

This was in a good location and was easily accessible! The room had a good personality and was very clean!

Loved the cleanliness, quaint decor, comfort of the room.

If I HAD to complain of anything it was that window air conditioner was a bit loud. But it no way interfered with my sleep.

The room was decorated in their retro theme & everything was clean & the bed really comfortable…great motel! Owners responsive & helpful when we had an issue with the key code/lock at first. Worked out fine…we’ll be back for sure! Al & Sally’s is convenient to the Dunes State Park & the other great Michigan City places to enjoy.

We wish they would add a pool or a couple of hot tubs to the pretty area in the back of the property

Good location and very reasonable price

Some difficultly checking in as we didn’t receive our check in details for the property that has no one on site, once we managed to make contact it was sorted
