Al & Sally's Motel

Very good, simple setting. Very conducive to being active in the Dunes area. Room was clean, had the proper amenities. Just a good experience with a retro vibe

The room did not look as nice as the pictures in the advertisements. The shower head in the bathroom was falling out and it was a standalone shower compared to the picture shown of a bath/shower combo. The AC was very loud and the window was taped up for some reason.

The beds were very comfortable, however the window air conditioner was right between the two bunk beds and made that room too cold. Since this is an old updated motel, the heating and cooling systems are not as modern as they should be. Otherwise, the room was nice and the kids had their own beds away from the parents.
