Captain Jack and the crew are all phenomenal!! They made sure that all the activity that everyone participated had a crew to check each one safety. Kudos to the captain who was very nice and informative.

The food is ok but not my expectations.

Everything! We thoroughly enjoyed every moment on board, the information / presentation provided by Jack. The Kayaking activities broke up the evening and provided bonding opportunities for the group. Food was well prepared and full of flavour.

it was all amazing, food was great, crew were all great and they all personally engaged with all passengers, facilities and preparation was all top notch.

I thought the bar prices were a bit excessive.

The Fiordland Jewel was a very comfortable ship with plenty of room and deck space to really experience the beauty of the sound. The staff were fantastic. Skipper Francis, engaging, warm, funny, and who doesn't love a handsome man with a man-bun. Chef Chris cooked up some yummy food and deck hand Ruth was so kind and a star in the many hats she wore. Abbie and Sera were very courteous and accommodating and made us feel like VIPs.

Wish we could have anchored down for the night outside of Deepwater Basin but you can't have it all.

The ship was well maintained and cared for. It offered plenty of space for all guests with multiple viewing areas - some protected from the inclement weather.

Only wish that we could stay longer…
