Motor homes, trailers, or water crafts are not permitted at the property. Please note the name on the guest's credit card must match the name of the reservation. No Pets Allowed. No Party and or events of any kind allowed. No additional guest allowed in pool and rooms if not on the reservation. No Smoking allowed in room. Quiet time between 10:00PM to 7:00AMGuests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

Just the right size motel. It wasn’t jammed with people, so we could enjoy ourselves. The pool was really nice & very clean. The owners & staff were very nice

"Breath taken experience."

We love the location of this Motel. It had a pool and a walking path to the beach. But it was also walking distance to the boardwalk. Couldn't ask for a better experience for john pass.

This was right on the beach. There are no elevators so if you have trouble climbing stairs be sure to request a bottom floor room. You still get a hotel key! The unit has a full kitchen as well.

BEAUTIFUL and right on the lovely white sand beach, - has everything you need - full kitchen, bath, lovely views from all the windows, comfortable beds and linens, very nice pool and patio areas and the owner is the sweetest, most accommodating person ever! Right in the heart of Treasure Island/John's pass so safe walking to beaches and restaurants, ice cream, bars, and shopping. We had had "a time" after two other terrible hotels and she took us in with so much kindness just as the office was closing and provided everything we needed at any time. HIGHLY recommend and WILL be going back.

Loved everything...Cannot say it enough!

Location was EVERYTHING!! Anything i could have needed was in walking distance. Rooms were clean! My beach view was perfect! We will be back!
