Well didn't actually get into room until midnight. Basically was just to sleep. Wanting to shower and tub was dirty and my wife and I took a cold shower before any hot water started to flow out , luckily my kid got a good shower in. Then had to plug in TV and scan channels to watch something. Microwave was filthy, beds made noise when you move from being on cheap metal frame. I mean I was just to sleep and shower and hit the road again but come on could use some better housekeeping improvement.

The electric plugs by sink did not work. Tile in shower area broke and sticking up so it was easy to trip coming in and out of restroom.

The Staff was nice, the AC in the room worked really well so the room was cold. The size of the room was big enough. Location was great because I was close to my family members that lived there in West Columbia. I didn’t have to drive to far to get to them. Changed room with no problems due to an issue in the first room.

My first room had dead bugs under the sheets on one bed, some of the sheets, pillow cases, and towels were stained with yellow spots. They may need to hire a pest control to get rid of bugs and insects. Have some type of air freshener in the room. Also they must update phone number on site. Make sure that they have all the essentials in room like the website says they do like the blow dryer and iron.

Absolutely terrible. Maintenance is non-existent, housekeeping was terrible. The room was filthy and in general disrepair. The first room received had a rusted through shower, the floors were nasty, and smelled terribly of mold- no doubt due to the shower. The second was a little better but still did not inspire any confidence. More rust in the bathroom, stains on the chair, I have no idea what was on the walls. To make matters worse was a German cockroach (the worst kind) nymph that was in the bathroom. How can any manager/owner of a motel think that this is ok? Steer clear of this place. Obviously I didn’t research enough. My first clue should have been the “POSITIVELY NO REFUND POLICY”

Staff was super kind and helpful Front Desk smiled entire time. Love this little whole in the wall
