Everything. Lovely welcoming, cosy, quaint, excellent food and atmosphere, free parking and good location to visit lots of places. Felt very much at home. Would visit again

Food for breakfast and evening meals was superb. All staff were very welcoming and friendly. Room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.

Wi-fi dropped in and out, however, it was stormy when we stayed.

This is the third time that we have stayed here this year. We love it ❤️

Lots to love here - staff are helpful, friendly and absolutely lovely. Breakfast was good. Bed extremely comfy. Room and bathroom both spacious and very clean. Close to lovely beaches at Porthcawl. Plentiful free parking. Good value. I had a neck/shoulder injury during my stay and specially requested a room with bath as well as shower, which I used a lot to soak in - plentiful hot water and it helped an awful lot! Thanks 🙂

The decor is very plain and fixtures and fittings are very dated and old fashioned. Everything worked just fine - but if you're looking for a swanky, glitzy 21st century hotel experience, this may not be the place for you!
