Ubicación, y bien cuidado lo que se está a la vista. Desayuno bueno.

La limpieza de las zonas que no se ven. Las camas y sabanas limpias, pero la parte de abajo de la cama hará meses que no se limpia. Una de las toallas de ducha con agujero. El baño las zonas que no se ven igual. Con un poco de esfuerzo lo bordan! Puede que repita pues las sábanas y demás están perfectamente.

Location was excellent and property was intimate and beautiful, pool was stunning!

The restaurant, which has an extensive menu and very reasonable prices, the friendly staff and the location. I also enjoyed the live music each night which was usually finished by 9.

As we had 2 gluten intolerant people in the family, some other breakfast items would have been good, such as baked beans and bacon. The only options were eggs, fruit (which were great!) gluten pancakes and gluten toast.

Nice place quite /friendly staff /good size room/aircon working well/ fair price would stay here again 😀

Shower in behind the door water all over the floor very slippery when wet. Bad design. Not even a mop ? Same breakfast eggs and pancakes taste like rubber. But over all pretty good place to stay

The only good thing about this property is that it’s close to mushroom beach

From the first moment we entered this property they were rude and they were making faces and talking behind, we entered the villa which is way more different than the picture, the room is too small even for opening your luggage, there is no concept of cleaning in this property, during our 4 days of staying towels never changed, they only make the beds!!! Everything you touch it finishes, from the paper tissue to soap to shower gel to …. They put an automatic spray in the room to cover the smell of the mold that is all over the room, they covered all molds with wallpaper and even some parts molds are visible and the wallpaper is wet. Everything is sooo old and disgusting and needs to be trashed. All the bed is full of stains and the breakfast apart from being terrible is between 8 to 10 and you need to order a day in advance and they put behind your door. And the weirdest part is that someone sleeps on the ground of the reception each night !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great location, friendly staff and good pool and restaurant facilities. The breakfast was made to order each morning, simple and fresh.

We stayed in the family villa which we enjoyed. Villa was large with a decent size pool. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Location is great and super quiet even with the Villa being along the roadside. Just a short stroll to Mushroom Bay and lots of restaurants and activities.

There was a couple of times when water stopped working but staff did their best to sort it out.

Very friendly staff, great location in Mushroom beach and super fun riding the scooters around to the main part of the island. Live music and $5 cocktails for happy hour at the restaurant out front. Pretty peaceful place, and bed was super comfy.

I tripped on one of the loose boards around the pool area which can be dangerous, but other than that really great value for money!
