"Cozy little cabin"

It was a cozy little cabin, perfect for disconnecting from city life and a good base to start a snowboarding day from. The staff and owners were friendly and excellent in terms of service and gave great suggestions on what to do around Pagosa Springs. The hot tub after a full day of snowboarding was real nice too, and clean. I would like to return in the summer time.

I had no issues nor do I have no complaints.

"Beautiful place, tense host and rules that detract from with what’s possible there."

Great location, clean and comfortable rooms.

There’s a vibe of tension with the host, her rules, the associated costs with breaking rules (dishes, pets). The vibe detracts from the beauty and comfort of the place. We would not stay there again.

We loved and enjoyed our selves until we broke down coming back from south fork, had to be towed to CTS automotive Tuesday, we were to check out Wednesday, but had to stay another night no problem but the gla upfront made us pay for 2 nights even though we couldn't stay the 4th night

Having to pay for 4 nights when we only needed 3
