"Location, clean and comfortable!"

Super clean and the bed was really comfortable. The free shuttle was just around the corner. Susie who works there was wonderful with anything I needed. I would definitely stay here again!

The location - just a block or so from the entrane to Garden of the Gods. Gorgeous views of Pike's Peak. Down the street from the free shuttle that takes you around Manitou Springs. The rooms have a boutique feel and were very nice. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The host, Susie, was very nice and accommodating.

I could never connect to the Wi-Fi, and the Netflix buffered a lot. Luckily, I had a good book. I definitely would stay again though.

The staff was so helpful and kind, room was quiet and the bed was so comfy. Very clean and cute decor.

The chairs in the room were stiff and did not wat to sit for long.

The owner was extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was very comfortable and spacious and extremely clean. It’s outside of town so lots of space to get away from crowds but far enough away that you might need to drive into town.

"Perfect place to stay for a two day trip to the Manitou Incline."

Great location. Clean bathroom, great water pressure and the a/c unit inside worked excellent on a 100 degree day!

TV wasn't working so well.
