Surfside Motel - Seaside Heights

No hot water Mattress had blood stains and no mattress pad Bed were old and gross Door did not close or lock Pool needs TLC and more chlorine Should have asked for a refund but they have a no refund policy

Location was best part. Jimmy breakfast is literally steps away within amazing staff. The beach was again steps away.

Can see thru cracks in front door. Front door deadbolt was paint closed. Queen bed was a double at best. We reserved a queen. .... hotel guest and hotel residents fighting at all hrs of the night . Shower didn't have a shower head curtain didn't even have enough hooks to close drain was an open hole . We knew it was " cheap hotel" but wow

Nothing at all.

The front desk staff was very impatient, rude, and unprofessional. She refused to check my confirmed reservation, yelled at me in front of guests, and sent my family to another motel instead I never got to stay at the property I paid for.

The property was in a decent location, hotel provided beach passes.

Furniture at the place looked very dirty and out dated in 4 of the 6 rooms we rented

It was great for the price. Very close proximity to the beach and boardwalk. Has everything you need for a short stay so great for 2.

How the fixture in the room.

Less then 1 block from the beach. Conventionally near good breakfast and lunch options

No elavator. Place needs a facelift. Door to the bathroom was barley wide enough to get through.
