Rinjani Family Homestay

Very friendly owner, good communication, a nice breakfast in the morning on offer with amazing coffee grown and produced by the owner. Recommendations on what to do in the area were good.

Nothing :) (maybe better to take a scooter if you want to go to the strawberry fields, the recommended walk was too far for me +- 40 minutes along the main road was not so comfortable)

The location! It was up in the hills on Lombok Island, so it was beautiful and quiet and yet only a 1-minutes walk to several shops and restaurants which served lovely food and coffee. The breakfast banana pancakes with condensed milk were also lovely but the best part was the coffee that is grown in the gardens of this accommodation and is dried and roasted by the owner/husband. It was the best coffee i have tried on my holiday! The husband and wife duo were very friendly and accommodating and i thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, and i would definitely recommend it.

Nothing! The rooms were basic but comfortable so I have no complaints at all.

Comfortable bed, nice little terrace with a view to the mountains, a big garden, and located on a quiet side street yet just two minutes walk to supermarkets and warungs and the entrance to Geopark Rinjani. Good breakfast with one of the best coffees I ever tasted. Very friendly family. Good Wi-Fi.

A fresh lick of paint, new towels and sheets and some updates could do wonders.

Loved my stay here!! Wanted somewhere off the main road for a quieter vibe and this was it. Our hosts were sooo friendly and warm and helpful, helping us figure out which hike to do and giving us tips and directions + helping us to arrange transportation. I wanted a hot lemon ginger tea in the morning and they said I could just pick a lemon from their trees out the back, so yummy! I am a light sleeper so the mosque going off very early in the morning did wake me up but it's all part of the experience and other than that, it was a very quiet place to stay with incredible views of Rinjani...feels like you're right at the base of it!

The location is perfect - it is surrounded by mountains and is very peaceful. It is a 2 minute walk to the Main Street. It is a 20 minute walk to the start point of the view point hill. The owners are so lovely - they have their own organic farm on the property. He took the time to show us the process he uses for making his coffee. The breakfast is free and was delicious. The room is clean and comfy.

Very helpful and generous family. They helped me in every way.I stayed for 2 weeks, believe it or not, it was just what I needed. The owner host is an experienced guide of many years guiding to zzMt Rinjani and nearby hills, and much more.From the cabins are delightful views of Mt Rinjani and the hills, All beautiful hikes of varying lengths some 4 hour hikes some more , Mt Rinjani of course 2 or 3 days. Lovely fruit trees and local organic coffee grown and produced from the garden. Very quiet and serene. Restaurants within 3 minutes walk from homestead. Choice of local food or more upmarket restaurants and coffee shops.
