Rinjani Family Homestay

Great location to discover hikes in Sembalun. We went from the house directly to Anak Dara (beautiful hike of 4 hours) and Bukit Selong (25 minutes from the house). The host recommended us good places to eat and it was delicious. Host makes his own coffee. For us the coffee was not strong enough but it’s a question of a personal taste:) In general Sembalun is a nice village and worth to spend 2 nights there to discover hikes around. Many people spend one night just for Rinjani hike.

The breakfast could be a little bit more

you feel like home with the garden around you and the direct view of Rinjani. The owner grows his own coffee, you can taste and buy his beans!

We like everything here. Location, nature,very clean bungalow with hot water, good breakfast and very nice and helpful ovner.

Hot water shower was amazing. It had felt like it had been so long since I had a hot shower. Beds are comfy and clean. Hosts are amazing people. Truly was a wonderful stay. Great location and view.

Basic, but great value for the money.

Stay was clean, quiet and about 2-3min ride with scooter away from main road. Property is very cute with garden. All though mosque was close, we didn’t hear it in the morning, which was a bonus, as we were quiet tired the day before and needed some sleep :)

Was lovely and peaceful away from the main road. Cute little garden with chickens running around. Tasty breakfast included. Comfortable bed, great hot water, clean bathroom. Hosts were kind and friendly.

I didn't know the gate would be locked overnight, so I almost couldn't leave early to hike Pergasangan Hill for sunrise. Luckily I could climb over a fence without too much problem 🤣😅
