Cleanliness, comfort mattress, springs sticking through and pillows stained with body fluids dirty fridge freezer bathroom uck, no light bulbs, or not working, curtains hanging off all the windows. Dirty inside windows, not even 1 starter toilet roll , and both blinds in kitchen and bathroom so dirty fingers stuck to them, worst break we have ever had

Found pills when making my children's beds amongst tobacco, fingernails, and dirt. The owner did not respond to my message when I messaged her about this. I found dirty clothes, including a filthy pair of knickers in the bedroom drawer No toilet seat, and when I tried to fix it as my babies had to use their hands to hold themselves up, I ended up with poo on my hands. The curtains were hanging by threads, ripped sofas, slimy dirty draining board, cobwebs Dirty curtains and damp beds Looked like someone emptied an ashtray just out side the door. The owner was not interested. I do not know how this caravan has got such good ratings! I am so up set, my children's summer holiday was awful and the owner has not responded I have more photos but unable to upload Stay away!!

Everything was great, both the location and the weather.

A very clean, cosy and homely place. big tv and wifi!! The owner was wonderful and very helpful when it came to any questions we had. Awesome location. Would definitely recommend and go again myself

The caravan was lovely, clean and comfortable. It was easy to collect the keys and set in a nice location on the park.

The clubhouse was inconsistent, when we arrived we were served at the bar no problem. I asked reception if we needed passes to get into the club house, and I was told yes, £3 per day per person. This cost us £24 for the 3 days. This was not true. There was no one on the door. You did need them if you wanted to play bingo. We used the clubhouse one night and was served without them asking for the pass, although it was so busy we only got one drink as the ques were so long we left after waiting 20 mins to get served and went to a local pub instead. On the day we left, we thought we would pop in the clubhouse to get some breakfast before our trip home, we were the only people in there, we was asked if we had our passes, I said yes, but they were in a bag somewhere in the packed car, not realising we needed them as we were not asked for them before, so they refused to serve us. Terrible service and very young and rude staff, that pick and chose who they serve.

Lovely peaceful great location

We were left with no running water to wash wash up or flush the toilet for the best part of 2 days sadly this was distressing however the host did her best to try to compensate for the distress caused
