Ensimmäisessä huoneessa haisi viemäri. Huone vaihdettiin kyllä pyynnöstä, mutta meille kerrottiin että tilannetta oli yritetty jo korjata ennen tuloamme.

> The heating wasn't working at the extent a technician gave us a portable one that couldn't cover the living room. > No stand mirror into the rooms (we needed to move the one from the living room) > The sinks did not drain water smoothly > The toilet bowl was not properly secured

Un bel endroit pour une pose détente à Marrakech, au calme. Très belle piscine même si fin novembre l'eau était un peu froide pour en profiter Grand parc avec fleurs et palmiers

Un peu déçu par le petit déjeuner, jus d'orange pas terrible, à améliorer pour un séjour parfait

Beautiful resort with large villas in extensive gardens. We stayed in one of the rooms beside the restaurant - lovely large room with our own little terrace. Very peaceful sitting outside the restaurant beside the pool for our evening meal.

A little difficult to find as we arrived just after dark and were unsure if we were on the right track.

Grounds are beautiful. Apartment was nice, air con worked really well and lots of facilities in the kitchen to make life a little easier when only staying a couple days. Shower was also super hot and great water pressure

If you were staying in one of the apartments for a week or so and even had a car hired this would be the perfect property for you. However, if you're not looking for a more self-catered option then maybe look elsewhere (preferably in a riad in the medina). The apartment was beautiful, the grounds are beautiful, but the vibe was a little strange, with staff not turning up until their stated opening times etc. It felt really laissez-faire which is perfect if that's what youre looking for. Security also tried to not us leave for our taxi to the airport because reception wasnt open yet and no check-out information/process had been provided to us (this was at 8am in the morning of our check-out). The masseuse was lovely but she gave the wrong massage, she did apologise for mistakenly giving the wrong massage. Their taxi man is super lovely too and the rates are pretty good, plus security certainly made us feel safe as they check everyone coming in and out.
