Localidade é de fácil acesso, e do Lado da estação São Caetano da CPTM

Instalação bem precárias, não coincide com do anúncio Quarto com barata quente e ventilador barulhento não tem televisor adequado e no quarto tinha mesa mais não tinha cadeira.
