This felt like a luxury stay because of the small touches the staff provided, like hot towels after safari and the standard of food.

Only criticism is that the bed sheets are hard and cold, despite being a heated mattress. Very small detail considering this is a tent.

Very good, high-quality accommodation with tents. The tents are very well equipped. The restaurant and food are of a high standard. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are available, each with different courses. An afternoon game drive is included on the day of arrival, and a morning game drive on the day of departure. On full days, two game drives are conducted. All staff are very friendly and attentive. Large herds of elephants come to the pool to drink. Everything is just right here. Also a plus: No children are allowed at this camp which is a big plus.

The only thing we didn't like was our driver (Jeffrey) for the game drive. All guests were divided into three groups. The respective driver of each group was responsible for the entire stays game drive. Unfortunately, ours was the worst driver we have ever had on our game drives (Botswana, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, South Africa). We are generally very experienced with guides on safaris. The driver was not very communicative and only provided information about animals when necessary. We often drove back and forth for a long time without the driver saying a single word. During breaks, he was often on his cell phone, checking WhatsApp, Gmail or private pictures. We were also often the last ones at the sightings. The other drivers were simply faster and better. This is not a review about the animals as this is pure luck but more of his personality during the drive. The driver also seemed slightly passive-aggressive and provided such basics answers to every questions that it made the guests feel "somewhat" stupid - this was felt by the entire group (8 people) . The other drivers were much friendlier. Nevertheless, we saw all the animals we wanted to see.

Minha estadia no hotel foi simplesmente maravilhosa! Desde a chegada, fui recebida com muita atenção e cordialidade por toda a equipe, que demonstrou genuíno cuidado e simpatia. As instalações são impecáveis, limpas e confortáveis, proporcionando um ambiente acolhedor e agradável. Cada detalhe superou minhas expectativas, tornando a experiência ainda mais especial. Sem dúvida, recomendo!!

Beautiful room and common area. Lots of wildlife can be seen just staying at camp since the lake and watering hole is directly in front of us. Food was amazing!

Since we didn't book directly through Honeyguide, there wasn't communication with us beforehand about when the safari rides were, or when we should arrive. We missed our first afternoon safari because of that, as well as lunch on the first day, which was included. It was only looking directly on their website that we saw this information, as well as info on how to drive to their property, etc. So they're not very supportive of those who book from a third party site. Also, the sink in the room is very tall (I'm only 5'2"), and had to be on my tiptoes to use it!
