RReception opening hours: Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Sunday: 8:30-11:30 and 16:30 to 19:30 Thursday: 16:30 to 19:30 Saturday: 8:00 -12:00 and 14-00 to 20:00 Please note that reception is closed all day on Wednesday and on Thursday morning. When the reception is closed, guests will be able to get the keys from a box, accessible with a code. Please note that for all arrivals before 17:00 and after 19:00, guests must contact the property in advance by telephone in order to organise check-in. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation. You can bring your own towels and bed linen or rent them on site at an extra cost of : - EUR 9 per person for bed linen - EUR 9 per person for towels Towels and sheets are included for short stays. A fee applies if guests wish to have them changed mid-stay. Guests are expected to clean the kitchenette and wash the dishes before check-out. Please note that the city tax is to be paid upon arrival on site. Optional services to be paid on site: baby bed : EUR 15/ week - baby high chair: EUR 5 per week – baby bed + baby high chair kit : EUR 25 per week. A EUR 59 weekly fee applies per pet Please note that end-of-stay cleaning (for stays of 7 nights or more) is the guest's responsibility. A fee will be charged if the accommodation is not left clean upon departure. A "Final cleaning except kitchenette" option can be booked at reception or in advance via the reservations department.
