Peacefull garden and refreshing pool . Big room .nice dinner

1.5km from the main road and far away from the center so no good location . breakfast(which is included )starts late at 9am . Very poor wifi connection . Not value of money

We had a pleasant stay at this cozy hotel complex. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the swimming pool area was a nice place to unwind. The staff were attentive and friendly throughout our stay. A special mention goes to the chef, Dilkush, who prepared an absolutely outstanding dinner for us.

"If the resort could deal with the noise situation at night then this could be a good resort"

The resort looks beautiful and feels nice to enter with all it's plants and tree, and well kept gardens. The staff were very nice, and helpful with booking taxis and taking care of us when going on the safaris. You can book with them in advance to avoid all the stress of trying to book separately. The showers work well.

They allowed a family to party with their own speakers at full pelt and scream and shout until will after 11pm. When you have to be up for a safari at 6am, this is the kind of place that needs to have a stricter SILENCE at night policy. When we notified them next day, they actually denied it saying all noise has to stop at 10pm - that's not cool, when they are basically negating our experience, and also not doing/offering anything to at least try and compensate. The bed in ROCK hard, so prepare yourself if you like soft to medium beds. We like firm, and this was SUPER FIRM HD!!! We stayed in a tent, and the zip for the 'door' to our toilet didn't work and was broken. This meant we had no privacy going to the toilet.
