The staff was very nice and the breakfast was good, privacy and facilities

It was really an “adult” hotel.

It’s certainly different from any other property we’ve experienced in Japan! In hindsight we should have booked something more appropriate. It was really not what we expected.

It was a bit like reliving my 70’s childhood- the colours and furnishings. The bathtub gave me the eek and although we tried to order our ‘welcome parfait’ we never received it. Communication was very difficult, despite both sides using translation apps…

It was clean and spacious. It had a nice bath and they gave you a key which is not super common for adult only hotels in Japan. Free parking and late checkout where very helpful.

The location was not the best but it worked well for us as we had a car. Had to give the key back when we left the hotel

The staff were very very helpful. I dropped my AirPods in their elevator, but the staff made sure to get it for us.

The sheets had stains on them.

The hotel is very spacious and luxurious. The hotel staff is very polite. Provided with various essentials and also they have jacuzzi inside the bathroom.
