The view from my bedroom window is beautiful

Bathroom was not clean. The hotel is over crowded. Food is not good

"It was a great stay, onsen was awesome as was the hike to summit of Kurodake."

Breakfast was great, good value for money and location was the best, 7/11 directly across the road and facilities in the hotel to heart and eat in a quiet area. Most of staff spoke broken English and we were able to communicate well, no Google translate needed. Most staff wanted to help even though you are a foreigner.

Some older senior staff behind the counter were somewhat abrupt and non helpful.
