"Extraordinary glamping experience"

The shared toilet is clean. The beds and sofa are comfortable and clean. The food is amazing and delicious. My kids especially like the swing and the fireworks.

It would be perfect if there is a private toilet next to the tent.

"An amazing awesome experience!"

The place is clean and comfortable. We are warmly welcomed by the staff and they are always friendly and ready to assist. We loved that the food are prepared for us to cook by ourselves and we had a fun time for the bbq dinner and breakfast.

All are great except for the shower water temperature. It is either too cold or too hot. Unable to adjust to the right warm temperature.

The environment was serene with good scenery. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were provided with more food than we needed. They provide manuals with clear instructions on how to cook those ingredients which is very helpful for people who don’t cook often like us. The tent was spacious and clean. Beds were comfy.

We had a private shower and onsen tub next to our tent. The water of the tub was only lukewarm and definitely not hot enough.

Room is nice, onsen is good

The staff is okay but the attitude of the manger not very good. The food is really bad. The beef is the worst one in Japan I will say.

"Wonderful glamping experience"

Very nice glamping experience. Rooms are neat and very clean, the private onsen was really nice. I particularly like how all the food for dinner and breakfast was prepared - we got all the produce, utensil, sauce needed and there was even a 'cookbook' teaching us how to cook. You simply don't need to worry even if you don't know how to cook. In short, we got all we needed and all instructions are clear.

The toilet is not attached to your tent, but it's not far away from it. The site itself is far from the station but we were driving so not an issue for us.

toilet only available inside CS center, not convenient to go toilet at midnight when snowing or raining or sub zero temp.
