USService was very warm, personal, and friendly. Breakfast was excellent and restaurant-quality.
GGThe kitchen was well equipped and it was convenient for the tram.
It was dirty. One toilet and one shower shared between 5 rooms (10-12 people.) Paper thin walls so you could hear everything. There was a urinal that didn't drain properly so it smelled.

JPGreat location, it was quite cheap compared to the other options. The kitchen is functional and the bedroom cosy with an electric heater.
The owner was inexistant, I never saw him and he didn't reply to my messages on booking so it was a bit weird when checking in (in fact there was no checkin, the door is always open and you just find your room I guess). Also it's a pretty old house so it's not shiny clean, I did find a cockroach at one point, but there is a cleaner (very friendly he will give you recommendations on where to go if you chat with him) who comes every day so it's not too bad I guess it must have entered by the window or something.

- Zimmer hat eklig gerochen in einer Ecke - keine Seife für die Hände in keinem Bad - es wurde nicht sauber gemacht, Toiletten und Badezimmer waren dreckig, Wasser ist in der Dusche nicht abgelaufen, weil es so verstopft mit Haaren war - Waschbecken waren sehr dreckig - wir wurden kurzfristig gebeten in ein anderes Hostel zu ziehen, es wurde nicht erwähnt, dass es direkt an den Gleisen liegt dadurch war es sehr laut - wir haben den Besitzer nie gesehen oder kennengelernt, es wirkte dadurch sehr unpersönlich >> es wirkte insgesamt als wenn sich niemand um das Hostel kümmert
