"Love Hotel Locks You in Even When You've Paid"

The staff were very kind and professional and helpful. I am very grateful to them for all their patience and help.

This is what I've learned is known as a "love hotel." Which I am not opposed to at all, but I was uncomfortable with the system where you are locked in your room until you pay using the credit card machine on the wall, especially since I had already paid when I checked in. The language barrier made it very challenging to resolve my issue. Very disquieting experience.
