Personnel très gentil et repas de qualité. Chambre confortable.

Décoration général du ryokan un peu dépassé par le temps. Onsen intérieur des hommes méritant un petit rafraichissement.

Spa og bad faciliteterne var langtfra som forventet

The staff were very friendly and patient despite us only knowing limited Japanese. They were flexible, allowing us to have dinner at a later time after we took longer than expected to get there. The place itself is very relaxing, with plenty to do. The private bath was especially very nice.

Some areas could definitely do with cleaning and dusting. It's very much out of the way compared to other locations in Hakone.

Very relaxing Onsen and very cute board game area and book reading area. The food was very delicious and we appreciated being served in our bedrooms.

Indoor onsen was a little uncomfortable in terms of feeling of cleanliness. We wish there was more of an outdoor garden area that we could explore and relax.

일본 가정식 같은 느낌이었습니다. 가족들이 매우 좋아했습니다.

자동차로 이동하는데 위치가 도심과 조금 먼 느낌이었습니다. 가는 길에 국립공원 같은게 있어서 길이 좀 밀렸습니다.

They were very careful about the gluten free meal I requested. I had an amazing experience and I would go back for sure!

Great onsens with milky, including private outdoors one It gives off retro atmosphere, if you like place which feel like they have history - this will be a nice match You get a proper yukata and a tea set, which adds to the vibe

Given the place is old - some things were outdated: there aren't a lot of electrical sockets for charging, so if you're are traveling with a group, you can run out of sockets Also using mobile internet is preferred over hotel's WiFi
