Yufuin Onsen Hinoharu Ryokan

Excelente opcion para vivir una experiencia cultural que se sienta ademas premium. Los onsen son espectaculares y el hecho de que sean privado lo hacian muy comodos, adicionalmente al ser pocos huespedes estaban siempre disponibles.

La comida es espectacular, pero para el paladar occidental puede ser un desafio asi que mas vale ir preparado a probar cosas nuevas.

本次旅程最喜歡的住宿。地理位置超棒，鬧中取靜。服務人員是由一位和藹老太太全程協助，很佩服她的職人精神，她的服務讓人感到非常親切。一泊二食的餐點體驗極佳，床鋪被子溫暖又蓬鬆。體驗戶外家庭式泡湯及女湯，都很乾淨衛生。這是我絕對會想要回訪的一間飯店!離開後發現兒子的玩偶遺落在飯店，與飯店人員在booking訊息溝通很順利且協助寄回，真的很感謝!

the ryokan is conveniently located in the heart of where all the action is at. staff was extremely friendly. we arrived by taxi and the staff was already unloading our luggage from the boot before we even alighted from the car, which says a lot. food was great - the flavours were light but wholesome. the room was spacious and spotless. overall, a great stay.

the onsen we used was a bit colder than we’d have liked. not sure if we were allowed to adjust the temperature but it’d have been perfect if it was a little colder. also, the yukata they gave my kid didn’t fit her and they forgot to give an extra belt too, but it’s not a big issue.

Äußerst zuvorkommendes, nettes Personal!!! Es wird ausreichend englisch gesprochen. :) Man bekommt die Anlage genau erklärt. Die Onsen sind wunderschön und wir hatten Glück auch einen privaten Onsen zu ergattern (first come, first serve Prinzip) Das Abendessen war mit so viel Liebe gemacht und gestaltet, das hat uns wirklich gut gefallen. Wir konnten leider nicht zum Frühstück bleiben, was gar kein Problem war, und wir haben dafür sogar eine Erstattung bekommen, was eigentlich nicht notwendig war, weil der Fehler in unserer Planung lag. Ich kann das Hotel wirklich nur sehr empfehlen!

Food was good but service could be better. I have already informed the ryokan before my stay that I do not eat raw foods especially sashimi. I had to wait a little longer for the raw fish to be boiled. I was hoping that I could have dinner that did not have raw foods. The staff were very kind and tried to explain in English as much as they know.

It was a bit too far but the onsen made up for it.

The hotel is conveniently located within close proximity to Yunotsubo Street. It offers three private onsen facilities, including two open-air baths and one indoor bath. In addition, there are separate public onsen facilities for both male and female guests. All onsen facilities are well-maintained and provide a highly enjoyable experience. The staff are courteous and provided a comprehensive introduction to the hotel facilities upon our arrival. The mattresses are very comfortable and the breakfast is of excellent quality. We checked out at around 9:00 AM and requested to park our car until 12:00 noon so that we could explore the surrounding area. The hotel kindly accommodated this request

The dinner portion may not be sufficient for young male guests in terms of quantity. However, additional rice is available upon request, and the staff are happy to provide refills to ensure a more satisfying meal.
