Hinoharu Onsen is centrally located in Yufuin. It is tucked away on a side street just off of the main tourist avenue; easy access to everything without the noise. The kaiseki dinners and the breakfast were so delicious. The service was incredible, with lots of attention to details. The same attendant served all our meals and also took care of our room including serving tea , water, and dessert treats, putting beddings in and out. There are several onsens on premise: private outdoor, indoor, public outdoor. We were always able to access the onsens without any wait during our stay.

"This was a very good place to stay and I’d come back."

It was beautiful and had lovely outdoor baths. The room was spacious and the futon was comfortable. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious and served with care. They were very kind to speak English with me. The location is right in the heart of the little shopping street and only a 15 minute walk from the station.

服務細膩且充滿古色古香的日式建築，但絲毫沒任何一點老舊感，感受到整體設備非常用心在維護，另外服務人員真的非常用心且會盡量用我們的語言跟我們解釋說明，真的會推薦親朋好友去體驗入住。

어침식사,저녁식사 모두 만족스러웠습니다. 일본문화를 접할수있었고 서비스가 좋았습니다. 숙소를 비웠을떄 마셨던 다기를 바꿔주고 물을 보충해주고 정리해 주신게 인상적이었습니다.

"아기랑 여행"

아침식사 정갈하게 잘 나오고 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다. 아기와 동반했는데 유아식기와 베이비체어 따로 있어서 편하게 먹일 수 있었습니다. 아기 바운서도 같이 놔주셔서 아기 바운서 태우며 식사 즐겁게 했습니다.

그저 1박만 한게 아쉬울뿐... 하루 더 있고 싶었어요!
