スタッフさんの電話での対応も良く、部屋の雰囲気もアメニティの充実、お風呂も大きく、トータルで良かったです。 車を止めておいて、近くの居酒屋さんへ行けたのも良かったです。

当日スタッフの応対。

後から料金が未払いだと電話がかかってきて、振込手数料こちらもちて振り込めといわれた。 未払い? 料金に関してもフロントで(事前にブッキングドットコムからいただいておりますので精算の必要はありません)と言われて帰っているのに。 宿泊時の男性や電話対応の女性スタッフは大変気持ちの良い対応してくださっただけに残念。
