A wooden ryokan with traditional decor, stocked with antique-looking furniture – definitely added to the overall atmosphere. Room was spacious, clean and looked aged (but not necessarily in a bad way). The onsens were very clean and spacious, probably because I visited at night and early in the morning... I was literally the only one in the onsen on both occasions and had the entire thing to myself! I'm by no means an expert on the quality of hot spring water, but I felt extremely rejuvenated after the soak.

The breakfast was decent, but nothing to shout about. Our visit coincided with a company event so it was rather rowdy on the night we arrived – not necessarily a bad thing and made it feel sort of festive, depending on how you look at it.

The place was extremely clean, the food was great and the staffs were friendly :)

onsen bath facility is a bit dated. the dry sauna was not available. the open air bath is further away that not as easy access, and lack of direction cleaning room lacks carefulness, one major issue was the door wasn't closed and locked after cleaning the address on the site was directed to post office instead

Amazing Onsen and Japanese style room I had to say a big thank you to all the staff as I was late in arrival but they still came to the station to pick me up and kept my dinner. really appreciate all the help

It was great quiet Onsen with bamboo view from the big room with bath inside. The staff was very friendly and good hospitality. Would recommend.

They have indoor Hinoki bath and outdoor bath but they are in separate buildings so if you wanted to go both, you had to go outside of the building.

Wonderful ambience to the hotel. Excellent food and service. Taxi provided to and from the station. Nice experience with the hot springs within the hotel and Yukata dress robes for dinner provided by the hotel which definitely made the whole experience more authentic.

We travelled mid March which was quiet for the resort so probably didn’t see it at its best.

All of them are nice, their meals are good, nice hot springs

Inside the rooms are very old and not clean enough, their rooms are very old that need to remodel
