L'emplacement et le style ryokan sont super. Le onsen est très appréciable et le service boissons offertes à volonté sur le rooftop sont très agréables pour admirer la vue d'en haut sur le torii.

Le personnel est très gentil mais parle mal l'anglais. La salle de bain est propre mais datée.

Welcome was very professionnal. The room is Nice and spacious. It was our first time in an onsen, it was a great experience: zen, clean and well equipped. Fabulous japanese dinner with professionnal service.

Confort of bed is not high compared to the standard of the hotel.

Literally everything! This was the best hotel of the trip by far! I look forward to staying there during my next trip! 100/10 recommend!

L expérience d un Ryokan., l’ onsen est très bien et très propre, le repas du soir était raffiné et excellent, l’emplacement est top.

飯店設施豐富，距離主要景點很近。 不用離開飯店，也可以有美好的一天。屋頂的酒水設施、風景，會讓人想在那裡發呆一個下午，不只有好風景、好視野，即使颳風下雨，也可以在室內享受獨立音響的音樂，或是閱讀休息裡的書，甚至是在一樓休憩室裡發呆看窗外的海和雨滴，總之不論好天氣、壞天氣，住在這邊，就不受天氣影響，都可以好好享受宮島。 錦水館就在主要的街道上，距離碼頭很近，雖然攜帶大行李也不會很難抵達，退房時飯店員工還主動提出可以送我們到碼頭，這邊的每一位員工都非常親切，很感謝他們以及錦水館，陪我們度過愉快的假期。

Wonderful staff, kaiseki meals, onsen, spacious rooms and free drinks and ice cream in the lounge made our stay memorable. Staying overnight, you get to experience the island once all of the crowds are gone and it’s so beautiful and peaceful.

No complaints!

The hotel was within a short walk to the Itsukishima Shrine and Otorii Gate. The facilities were excellent and the room we stayed in was fabulous, with its own onsen style bath overlooking the see and partial Otorii Gate view. Traditional yukatas were provided, to be used for the duration of our stay. The traditional breakfast was delicious. Wish we had stayed longer.
