Onsen with natural spring water was great

Great location, super clean, comfortable, and private. Also one of the few natural and chemical free onsen in the area! To save money, I opted for the room with a shared bathroom. I was worried the bathroom would connect two different rooms, however this is not the case. The bathrooms are in the hallway and for ladies, it is one person at a time. This made it very comfortable and stress free. Your room is completely private :) The onsens are gender separated and only party is allowed in at a time. For an incredible price, you essentially get a private onsen in a central location with great restaurants all around. There is even a delicious curry restaurant open until 11pm. Hot tea and new yukata is placed in your room nightly. I will definitely stay here every time I am in the area. The host is very helpful and knows the bus routes very well! He sets you up for success in having a wonderful time in Hakone. Please note check in time is limited to 4pm-7pm, so plan accordingly. 源泉のお風呂にゆっくり入れました。 館主が施設を丁寧に施設の説明をしてくれました。 安価でゆっくり泊まれました。

旅館なので仕方ないかもしれないが、部屋にお手洗いと洗面所、お風呂がなかった。 丁寧な反面、チェックインの時に他の人に説明してて結構待たされた。少し待ってくださいなど一言あればまた良かったが…
