悪い口コミが多くて心配していたが、実際に行ってみると建物内部は明るくて綺麗くてスタッフの対応も良かった。

貸切温泉を無料で利用できるので致命的な問題ではないが、浴場が小さい点。 ただし浴場が小さいという欠点が解消すると、周辺の高額宿と同レベルに宿泊代が高くなると思うので、現状維持を望む。

Though I could see that some parts of the property have been replaced or renovated, there’s no denying that the building itself is quite old, and many areas still look worn. I was slightly disappointed by the shower room in our guest room and parts of the private onsen; while they were clean, they could have been better maintained or more updated. In addition, some sections of the restaurant where we had breakfast had their lights turned off. While I understand this may have been for energy-conservation reasons, it unfortunately made the space feel dim and somewhat neglected, giving the impression of a run-down, aging ryokan. Finally, guests were encouraged to leave five-star reviews on Google Maps in exchange for a gift. This made us question the authenticity of some of the reviews. While there are clearly areas for improvement, the location is excellent and some of the staff were very kind and attentive, so I genuinely hope the property can make improvements and live up to its potential.

温泉が使えなかったのはきつかった

日本人スタッフの接客は非常に良かった。

日本の旅館は部屋に急須、茶葉、茶菓子、浴衣、羽織、歯ブラシ等が備えられているがこの旅館には準備されてなく全てフロントでピックアップしなければ為らなかった、特に急須、茶葉、茶菓子は一切準備されてなく日本の旅館であれば論外、部屋入口ドアもペラペラべニアで鍵も安物、宿泊費に対するコストパフォーマンスは最低である、風呂も大浴場、露天風呂はマストだと思うが設置されてないのは最悪で、入浴時間が17時以降なのは疑問であった。 中国人の経営で日本人の感覚とずれているのが原因と思われる（表面的には日本法人の経営）

お風呂の時間がもっと夜遅くまでやってて欲しかった
