The Onsen was fantastic great facilities.

The bed and pillows were very firm and uncomfortable to sleep on

This is a true Japanese experience. The hotel is an authentic, traditional spa resort, with old fashioned vibes, where you have to take off your shoes at the entrance of the hotel. Here you can enjoy the company of Japanese people, experience kindness and friendliness of the staff, have excellent food, and soak in the great atmosphere and surroundings of beautiful mountains. I loved the onsen with it's great variety of indoor and outdoor baths. Everything was easy and comfortable, there were free toiletries, water, snacks and fresh yukata everyday. Our room was spacious and very clean. No noise outside was a bonus. The receptionist and restaurant staff were so lovely, welcoming and attentive. Thank you for making our holiday in Shikoku so enjoyable ❤️

This resort was a pleasant surprise. The Onsen , staff , location and the unexpected facility features. A great place to visit and just relax yourself.

Very random location, but ok. A bit dated.

Front desk staff is very nice and helpful. She explained the details of the facilities and took me the towel for the hot spring, nice and impressive.
